...separated with 3 children. I have a wonderful family, and here's a little
bit about everyone. I've chosen favourite pictures, instead of most recent
ones. You can find a recent photo of the kids on their homepages and a collection
of family photos in my photo gallery at Flickr.
If you are related to me and you have not yet received an invitation or joined our club at Yahoo!, then send me an email, and include your email address.
I have set up this Kiwi Clan webring to make navigating the family sites easier.

Husband and Children
Adrian
is currently working as a sales rep. Adrian moved out on 9 September
2003. I wish Adrian all the best I can offer of love and friendship
and hope he works through this and finds his way back to his family.
Lucas
is an active 12 year old and doing the pre-teen thing. He is now at intermediate and growing up fast.
He was a Christmas Eve baby. (I'm going to write up birth stories at some
time...if you really want to know what it was like. It must have something
to do with my decision to become a midwife.)
Amy
was another holiday baby. Amy was born on Bastille Day, the 14th of July.
Amy is a child who just seems to be overflowing with mischief. She is
10 years old, and a very capable and caring girl.
Maia
was meant to be a holiday baby too. We even thought the pun of being due
on Labour Day slightly amusing. However, Maia had different ideas. Maia
is 8 years old and is thoroughly enjoying school.
Parents
Mum is a computer nut
too. She was first initiated with kids in the computer club at school,
then a funny little Atari, and an upgrade to Sony Mega Drive. Then Adrian
and I got the internet. Mum is living in Fielding with her husband Graeme.
Dad
died in 1998 in a helicopter accident at the young age of 47. He was
far too young to leave us. Dad would have been impressed that the newspapers
reported his job as "bushman". He missed meeting his grandchildren Maia
and Samuel. Maia's middle name is Alannah, adapted from Dad's middle
name Alan. I'm sad that there will be no Pop for my children and my
nephews and niece, Adrian doesn't have his role model any more, Mum
has lost her soulmate, and I've lost a chunk of my heart. Dad was quiet
and a person you could rely on, and he had a wonderfully sly sense of
humour and he will be sorely missed.
Julian
is living in Foxton. Julian is working as a meat inspector and lives with Viv and her children. It's great
to have him living in the same island again!
Kylie
welcomed her youngest, Samuel, into the world on 3 December 1999. I was
lucky enough to be there, but I didn't get to see the caesarean... I was
privileged to have Kylie and the kids staying with us when Samuel started
walking. Lucky me :) Her husband Paul is a real estate agent. Kylie is a stoic
support and I treasure our extended phone conversations and wish she lived nearer.
Hayley
has finished her psychology degree. She keeps shifting and it sure is
hard to keep up. She is happy and soon to be married to Will.
Hayley is also a motivator in my own slimming journey.
