Do you use Movable Type for
your online weblog, journal or other publishing purposes?
I have 3 personal sites
and have set them up for my family as well. I think Movable Type might
just be addictive and a ring linking Movable Type sites, tutorials,
and templates will provide a great way to check out what other people
are achieving with MT.

* The Ring Criteria *
The page you submit is powered by or related to Movable Type and
you update it at least once a month. Now that shouldn't be too hard...
Sites with illegal or offensive content, or links to illegal or
offensive content will not be accepted.
English language sites only please. I have had to add this criteria
after another non-English site joined the ring, and the difficulty
this poses in checking your site meets the previous criteria.
You must submit the exact url that you place the ring fragment on and
the ring fragment must appear on the MT page and be accessible by the
general public (not on a popup or webring page!)
After submitting your site to the ring you have 2 weeks to add the
ring fragment to your site. If it has not been added within this time
frame your site will be removed from the queue.
You need to keep your web ring details current. The ring will be
checked periodically. Any sites with problems will be moved to the
queue and the site owner notified. Then the 2 week period is applied
for correction or removal.
You will abide by and accept the decisions of the RingMistress.
I reserve the right to remove any site from the ring that I deem not
appropriate. I also reserve the right to change the ring criteria.
If for any reason, you should decide to leave the webring, (which
I hope will not happen), it is your responsibility to remove yourself
from the ring. Removing the ring from your personal site, does not
remove you from the ring and any time we send out email to the ring,
it is generated through RingSurf. If you are not removed from the
webring at RingSurf you will continue to receive mail that is sent
to the entire ring. If you do not know how to remove yourself or edit
your information, please send your site id# and/or queries to KiwiNessie.
Do you agree to these rules and understand them?
If you can answer yes, I would love to have you submit your site.
The ring code fragment will be emailed to you by RingSurf when you
join the ring. Add the code to your site as soon as possible. The ring
code fragment should already be customised according to the information
you submitted on the join form.
You will remain in the queue until I review your site and add it to
the ring. Emailing me about the delay will not speed up the process.
RingSurf automatically emails you when your site has been added. If
your site contradicts the membership rules you will be removed from
the queue without notification. Otherwise, I will email you if there
are any problems with the ring code fragment or any other matter delaying
or preventing adding your site to the ring.
Where you see ***SITE ID*** make sure
that you change this information to reflect your own site id # AND delete
the *** before and after your site id #
or your ring fragment will NOT work correctly!
Thank You!
